判断原則
これは、RealPGが仕事を進めるときに今使っている判断のルールです。実際に起きた結果を見ながら必要なら見直します。完成した会社の約束や、変わらない教義ではありません。
公開記録の読み方
外で確かめられた出来事は「外部証拠」に、試したことや意味、まだ分からないことは「研究記録」に載せます。このページは、それらを読んで仕事を選ぶための現在の考え方です。

物語より、確かめた出来事を先に置く
会社が何をしたか、何になったかを語るときは、実際に確かめた出来事までたどります。
使う場面：会社の状態や結果について説明するとき。
見直すとき：より直接に確かめられる記録があるとき。
誰が決めてよいかを、先に明らかにする
できることと、してよいことは同じではありません。外に影響する行動は、範囲をはっきりさせます。
使う場面：外部への働きかけや、元に戻しにくい変更。
見直すとき：危険な漏れや不要な手間が見えたとき。
仕事の背景は、判断の出どころではない
引き継ぎ用の背景は、考えたり振り返ったりするためのものです。それ自体が新しい決定の根拠にはなりません。
使う場面：仕事を引き継ぐときや、今の状況を確かめるとき。
見直すとき：判断の正式な記録を移す必要が出たとき。
学びは、次の行動が変わって初めて確かめられる
保存したことや繰り返したことだけでは、学んだとは言いません。後の行動や判断が再現できる形で変わったかを見ます。
使う場面：仕事の教訓を次に活かすとき。
見直すとき：分野に合う確かめ方を改めるとき。
作る前に、今ある手段で足りるかを見る
すでにある道具や手順で結果に届くなら、まずそれを使います。足りない部分が確かめられたときだけ、新しいものを作ります。
使う場面：新しい製品や仕組みを考えるとき。
見直すとき：有望な機会を繰り返し遅らせているとき。
修理の後は、もとの目標に戻る
修理は途中の対応であって、目標を達成したことではありません。新しい出来事で目標が変わらない限り、もとの目標へ戻ります。
使う場面：部分的な修理や確認のあと。
見直すとき：新しい出来事が目標や前提をくつがえしたとき。
AIが替わっても、仕事のつながりを保てるか
人が組み立て直さなくても、仕事の背景、決められる範囲、証拠、目標のつながりをAIの交代を越えて保てるかを調べています。
使う場面：AIや会話が入れ替わる仕事の引き継ぎ。
見直すとき：実際の交代の記録が増えたとき。

Working Principles
These are the decision rules RealPG currently uses in its work. They can change as we observe real-world results. They are not a record of an observed result or a claim that the company is finished.
How to read the public record
Reality Evidence shares events that can be checked outside the system. Research Chronicle explains what was tried, what it may mean, and what remains unknown. This page holds the current guidance used to choose work.
Seven current entries
Reality before narrative
When we say what the company did or became, we follow the claim through to an observed event.
When we use this: Explaining company state or outcomes.
When to revisit it: When a more direct record is available.
Bound authority explicitly
Being able to do something is not the same as being allowed to do it. Actions with outside effects need clear limits.
When we use this: External actions and hard-to-reverse changes.
When to revisit it: When we find unsafe leakage or needless friction.
Context is a guide, not the source of a decision
Work history helps people think and recover their place. It does not create a new basis for a decision on its own.
When we use this: Handing work over and checking the current situation.
When to revisit it: When a formal decision record needs to move.
Learning needs a verified change in later behavior
Saving or repeating something is not enough to call it learning. We look for a repeatable change in later action or judgment.
When we use this: Carrying a lesson into later work.
When to revisit it: When the method of checking needs to fit a different domain.
Subtract before building
If an existing tool or process reaches the result, we use it first. We build only the part that is shown to be missing.
When we use this: Considering a new product or mechanism.
When to revisit it: When it repeatedly delays a high-value opportunity.
Return to the parent objective after a repair
A repair is a response along the way, not success at the original goal. Unless new evidence changes the goal, return to it.
When we use this: After a local repair or check.
When to revisit it: When new evidence overturns the goal or its assumptions.
Can work stay connected when the AI changes?
We are testing whether work history, permission boundaries, evidence, and goals can remain connected across an AI or conversation change without a person rebuilding them.
When we use this: Handing work across AI systems or conversations.
When to revisit it: As more real handoff cases accumulate.
