これは現在のcross-objectiveな判断原則とactive thesisです。Realityの観測でも、研究記録でも、完成した会社のdoctrineでもありません。明示的に改訂可能です。
公開知識の読み方
Reality Evidenceはbounded external observations。Research Chronicleは何が起き、何が変わり、何がunknownかの記録です。Working Principlesは現在の判断原則とactive thesis。Current Researchは現在のopen questionとtemporary directionです。
ADOPTEDは現在のoperating ruleであり、empirically proven optimalという主張ではありません。UNDER_TESTはactive thesis/hypothesisであり、established factではありません。Mail wedge、cohort、US expansion、temporary roadmap ordering、Intent Gate rolloutは、current workであってもstable principleにはなりません。

物語よりRealityを先に置く
RealPGが何をしたか、何になったかという主張は、観測されたRealityで閉じる。
Scope: Companyの状態やoutcomeの主張。

Revise / retire when: よりauthoritativeな直接観測contractがある場合のみ境界を狭める。
Authorityを明示し、範囲を限定する
CapabilityがあることとAuthorityがあることは同じではない。曖昧なauthorityはfail closedする。
Scope: Actuationとprivileged mutation。

Revise / retire when: Realityがunsafe leakageまたは不要なfrictionを示すとき。
Contextはprojectionでありauthorityではない
Contextはcognitionとrecoveryのためのbounded current projectionであり、authorityの発生源ではない。
Scope: Contextはauthorityへの参照を運べるがauthorityをmintしない。

Learningには検証された行動変化が必要
保存、反復、GPTの自己申告はCompany learningではない。後のbehaviorまたはdecision qualityが再現可能に変わって初めてcompleteになる。
Scope: Operational lessonにはregression/behavior evidenceが必要。

Revise / retire when: domainごとにverification methodを改訂するとき。
作る前に、既存手段を差し引く
既存のtoolやprocessがoutcomeを閉じるなら優先し、Realityがmeaningful gapを示したときだけ残ったboundaryを作る。
Scope: Product creationの禁止ではない。

Revise / retire when: repeated high-leverage opportunityを遅らせるなら。
Repairの後は親Objectiveへ戻る
RepairはinterventionであってObjective successではない。fresh Realityがreframe/retireしない限り親Objectiveをresumeまたはreplayする。

モデルが替わってもCompany continuityを保てるか
RealPGは、Company context、authority、evidence、Objective continuityがHumanによる再構築なしにmodel/conversation replacementを越えて維持できるかを検証している。
Scope: arbitrary model portabilityやcompleted autonomyを主張せず、検証されたcaseだけを公開する。

Working Principles
Current cross-objective decision rules and active theses. This is neither observed Reality nor a Research Chronicle, and it is explicitly revisable.
How to read the public knowledge
Reality Evidence is bounded external observations. Research Chronicle records what happened, what changed, and what remains unknown. Working Principles are current revisable decision rules and active theses. Current Research holds open questions and temporary direction.
ADOPTED means a current operating rule, not an empirically proven optimum. UNDER_TEST means an active thesis/hypothesis, not established fact. Tactical Mail wedge/cohort/US expansion/temporary roadmap ordering and Intent Gate rollout do not become stable principles merely because they are current work.
