これは「一通送れた」だけの記録ではない。repair途中のSMTPやbinderをsuccessにせず、同じparent Objectiveがdurable external evidenceまで到達したP0 closureの記録である。

Miyazakiは07:27:02 JSTにdurable outbound_submittedへ到達した。fresh readでは同じrecipient/prospectに一件だけで、no-resend境界と整合した。画面の5 sentは過去四件を含む累計であり、このwakeで五通送った主張ではない。

この一件をrepeatability、autonomy、inbound self-closing、任意packetへの一般化へ広げない。次のP1は別会社でclosure costを調べる別の問いであり、CSD固有Machine replayが必要だったためPARTIAL_COMPOUNDINGである。

Miyazaki reached durable outbound_submitted at 07:27:02 JST. A fresh read found one event for the same recipient/prospect, consistent with the no-resend boundary. The visible five-sent count is cumulative with four older externalizations.

This one closure is not repeatability, autonomy, inbound self-closing, or arbitrary-packet generalization. P1 is a separate second-company question and remains PARTIAL_COMPOUNDING because a CSD-specific Machine replay was required.
