何が起きたか
内部の作業が終わったという記録だけでは、意図した結果が外の世界で起きたとは分かりませんでした。そこで、外から確かめられる出来事を仕事の途中から扱う方法を試しました。
どう考えているか
完了の表示と、実際に起きたことは別です。RealPGでは、外部で確認できる出来事の記録を Reality と呼び、最後の飾りではなく判断に必要な材料として扱います。
まだ分からないこと
この扱い方が、より多くの種類の仕事で判断を良くするかはまだ示されていません。
次に確かめること
内部の完了と外部で確かめられる結果が食い違うケースを集め、次の判断に使えるかを確認します。
なぜ重要か
仕事が終わったように見えるだけで、求めた結果が起きたと誤解しないためです。

Realityが最終確認ではなく、会社の入力になった
この記録が追っているのは、なぜRealityを推論の最後だけで確認する設計では足りなかったのか。
出発点では、公開情報は製品説明に近く、外部の出来事はつながりにくかった。 そこへ「内部完了は外部の結果を意味しない。」という圧力が加わった。ここでは後から整った制度を過去へ遡って完成扱いせず、当時から残るevidenceと現在のcanonical recordを分けて読む。
現在の解釈では、Realityは推論の最後へ延期するのではなく、reasoningの途中へ織り込むべきである。 ただし、最適なresearch-to-Reality cadenceはまだ経験的に決める必要がある。 この未解決点を残したまま、次のverificationへ進む。

観察したこと
public evidenceはderived read projectionになり、Web/llms/JSON/Markdownがdiscovery surfaceになった。
- documented/implementedなcapabilityは、exactなaccount・invocation・runtime・external systemでの現在の利用可能性と繰り返し食い違った。
- 実際のdiagnostic replyが、Humanのmailbox relayなしで読めるdurable shared evidenceになった。
- Mirageは、追加のinternal researchより外部観察の方がdecision valueを持つ場面で、Reality throughputとlearning qualityを優先するようになった。
- Realityをもう1件得るたびにsoftware releaseがもう1件必要になると、Reality acquisitionとsoftware releaseが密結合していることが露出した。
そこから推論したこと
Reality acquisitionはsoftware releaseから分けられる。
- Realityは推論の最後へ延期するのではなく、reasoningの途中へ織り込むべきである。
- 仮定がdecision-criticalになったら、追加のspeculationより最も安いauthoritative observationを優先する。
- External outcomeはProduct・Distribution・Company judgmentを更新する入力にすべきである。
- 繰り返すReality acquisitionは、可能な限り繰り返すsource mutationから分離すべきである。

変えたこと
- external-mail round-trip mechanism evidenceをshared Realityへ記録した。
- Current observationをaction-sensitiveな主張のfirst-class preconditionとして扱うようになった。
- External outcomeをdurable Company evidenceとして扱うようになった。
- Research stop ruleが、追加internal informationと次のexternal observationのmarginal valueを比較するようになった。
- 繰り返すReality acquisitionを繰り返すsoftware releaseから分離し始めた。
その後どう変わったか
- mechanism evidenceを得たが、market/product validationではない。
変えなかったこと
- Reality evidenceは自動的にauthorityにはならない。
- External actionは多ければよいわけではなく、truth・safety・cost・discriminationが引き続き必要である。
まだ分からないこと
まだ検証できていない: market outcome。
- 最適なresearch-to-Reality cadenceはまだ経験的に決める必要がある。
- どのReality channelが最初にrepeatable economic valueを生むかは未証明である。
Counter / 注意点
- External actionが最高価値のnext stepになる前に、internal researchがhypothesisを大きく改善する場面もある。
- 一つのshared diagnostic replyだけでは、一般的なcustomer loopやrevenue loopを証明できない。
次に確かめること
製品検証とは呼ばず、もう一つの限定された外部観察を得る。
- 繰り返すepisodeでObjective closureと有用なexternal outcomeを測る。
- fresh Realityで判断した場合と、staleなcapability assumptionから判断した場合を比較する。
なぜ重要か
現実の取得を出荷数と混同しない。
このstatusは成功宣言ではなく、canonical recordの現在位置を示す。

Reality became an input to the company, not a final validation step
This episode asks: Why was it insufficient to observe Reality only after reasoning was finished?
The starting point was that public information resembled product description and external events were hard to connect. The pressure became explicit: Internal completion did not mean an external result. The article keeps later institutional interpretation separate from evidence that actually remains from the period.
The current interpretation is that reality should be interleaved with reasoning rather than deferred to the end. But the optimal research-to-Reality cadence remains empirical. That uncertainty remains part of the record rather than being edited out as the work becomes more readable.
