何が起きたか

最初は、営業メールを約25通だけ送るという安全な試し方だった。問題は25という数字ではない。暫定の答えがdefault、test、下流の前提になり、理由を失っても会社の法則として残ることだ。

どう考えているか

Constantは安定しているものとして保存された値。Late Bindingは、業務上の値を行動が必要になるまで決めず、現在の証拠・制約・権限・Reality（AIの物語ではなく観測された状態）から導く考え方だ。materializeは必要な瞬間に一般的な意図を具体的な行動へすること。UNKNOWNは根拠が足りず値を決められない有効な状態で、Humanは最終権限を持つ人を指す。

「制約と証拠を保存する。値は行動に必要になったときだけ導出する」。送信可否なら、現在の配信状態、拒否、opt-out、重複、capacity、法令、Human authorityを見てYES、NO、UNKNOWNを判断する。

固定すべきもの

すべてをadaptiveにする話ではない。外部protocol、互換性、法令・compliance、opt-out/suppression、authority、不可逆なexternal action、hard safety/resource ceilingは固定された境界として残す。UNKNOWNは無制限に動く許可ではない。

まだ分からないこと

量子の例は、結果を早く決めないための設計上の着想だけであり、lazy computation、simulation、retrocausality、この構造を物理学が証明するという主張ではない。25通、50〜75件、batch 5、concurrency 2、5分timer、timeoutは会話や過去の例であって、現在の実装の主張ではない。実際に処理量、信頼性、人の負担、売上が改善するかも未検証だ。

次に確かめること

新しい万能frameworkやmandatory gateを作らない。現在Sourceにある業務上のconstantをprotocol、安全境界、Human policy、推定、暫定probeに分類し、本当に暫定だった一つだけを現在Realityから導く形に戻して比較する。

なぜ重要か

参加者や会社が変わる基盤が一人の初期値を永続の仕様にすれば、新しい現実のたびにコードを書き換えることになる。答えを大量に持つ会社ではなく、必要なときに現在のRealityから答えを導ける会社を研究したい。

What happened

An early mail proof used about 25 sends as a cautious temporary choice. The concern is not the number itself: a temporary answer can become a default, a test expectation, and a company law after its reasons have disappeared.

How to read this

A Constant is a stored value treated as stable. Late Binding means waiting until an action needs a revisable business value, then deriving it from current evidence, constraints, authority, and Reality: observed system or outside-world state, not an AI narrative. To materialize is to turn a general intent into the concrete action needed now. UNKNOWN is a valid state when evidence is insufficient. Human is the authorized person retaining final authority.

The principle is: Store constraints and evidence. Derive values only when action requires them. A send decision can use current delivery health, suppression, duplicate history, capacity, law, and Human authority, producing YES, NO, or UNKNOWN.

What stays fixed

This is not a proposal to make everything adaptive. External protocol, compatibility, law and compliance, opt-out and suppression, authority, irreversible external actions, and hard safety or resource ceilings remain fixed boundaries. UNKNOWN is not permission for unbounded action.

What remains unknown

Quantum material is design inspiration only: it does not claim that physics proves lazy computation, simulation, retrocausality, or this architecture. The 25 sends, 50–75 backlog, batch 5, concurrency 2, five-minute timer, and timeout are conversational or historical examples, not claims about current implementation. No improvement in throughput, reliability, Human load, or revenue has been demonstrated.

Why it matters
